He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Feil of Sioux Falls; his children, Bryan Pollema (Barb) of Sioux Falls, Kari Hoekstra (Vern) of Hull, IA, Peggy Pollema of Rock Valley, IA and Billy Pollema (Jessica) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Andrew Hoekstra (Lisa), Dylan Hoekstra (Lisa), Tayler Hoekstra (Erin), Lanae Meyer (Blake), Carlie Hoekstra, Joshua Pollema (Jackie), Katie Copeland (Caleb), Abby Schemper (Treyton), Alissa Floen (Jake), Kortney Pollema, Kelsey Pollema, Kody Vande Kamp (Carrie), Anna Van Sant (Matt), Kaleb Vande Kamp, Haley Blankespoor (Thomas), Cassidy Pollema and Ethan Pollema; his brothers, Vern Pollema (Betty) of Bakersfield, CA, Wilmar Pollema (Betty) of Hull, IA, Dale Pollema (Mary) of Rock Valley, IA and Wes Pollema (Rhonda) of Rock Valley, IA; and his sister-in-law Pat Pollema of Sioux Center, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
