We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2023, at the age of 80, Karen Hofer of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Janzen and Elda Janzen (Flickner); and her sister-in-law Delcie Hofer of Huron. She is survived by: her husband DeWayne "Butch" Hofer; her children, Mike Hofer (Teri) of Doland, Robynn Coates (Scott) of Carl Junction and Scott Hofer (Heather); her grandchildren, Emma, Sam, Hailey, Rhys, Sophia, Isabelle, David, Trent and Julian; and her siblings, Kenroy Janzen (Marianne) of Rapid City, Wally Janzen (Linda) of Canistota, Doug Janzen (Kathy) of Rapid City, Gary Janzen (Gayle) of Canistota, Judy Wipf (Keith Kleinsasser) of Sioux Falls and Diane Johnson (Steve) of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and family and friends.
