He was predeceased by: his cousin Nicholas Van Ginkle; and his grandfather Marv Klomp. He is survived by: his parents, LeRoy Jager and Crystal De Jager (Klomp) of Orange City; his siblings, Andy Lee Joon, Lindsey Hernandez and Andy De Jager of Sioux City; his nephew Gabriel Hernandez of Sioux City; and his grandparents, Ronald, Marleen De Jager of Maurice and Helen Klomp of Rock Valley. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to the De Jager Family for future designation.
