She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hoel and Bernadine Hoel (Shaffer); and her sister Debra. She is survived by: her husband Roy Flanders; her daughters, Maggie and Alexandra; and her sisters, Jacqline Jibben (Daryl) and Pamela Rolfson (Roger). She is also survived by 5 Nieces and 3 Nephews and many great Nieces and great Nephews.
The family will be present to greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00 Tuesday evening, September 29, 2020, at Miller Westside Chapel, 6200 W. 41st Street in Sioux Falls. **Due to the pandemic, masks are required to be worn at the visitation for Julie.
