She was predeceased by: her parents, John Veldheer and Jeanette Veldheer (Van't Haaff); her husband Allen Polly; her brothers, Jay (Katherine), John 'Jack' (Arla) and Jerome 'Jim'; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Engel (Ronald) and Dorothy Johnson (Eugene).

She is survived by: her children, Bob Polly (Betty) of Mitchell, SD, Pegge Jennette (Basil) of Sacramento, CA and Linda Hentges (Paul) of Humboldt, SD; her grandchildren, Becky (Keith), Nic, Rachel (Drew), Luke (Lisa), Mitch (Kacee) and Ben (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Mikaela, Dylan, Luke, Elijah, Kainoa, Mateo, Leelin, Lorelei, Layla and Theo; her siblings, Jane Mierle (Larry) of Spring Lake, MI, Jerralynne Tjeerdsma of Sioux Falls, SD, Jerrol 'Buz' Veldheer (Dawn) of Greenville, SC and Joel 'Dave' Veldheer (Wendy) of Grand Rapids, MI; and her sister-in-law Sandra Veldheer of Lake City, MI.
