It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ardyce (Noem) Litz of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Noem and Alvina Noem (Lilleskov); and her siblings, Curt, Norma, Norwood, Ralph and Myrt.
She is survived by: her children, DyAnn Wentler (Chuck), Robert (Sharon), Lake, Michael (Marsha) of Fountain Hills, AZ, Patricia Waide and Elizabeth Hulscher of Sioux City, IA; her sister Millie Hotchkiss of Humboldt, SD; her sister-in-law Virginia Noem of Independence, KY; and her grandson Josh Steiner-Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
