He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughter Kimberly West; his stepchildren, Michael Medema, Michelle Bedford and Corey Medema; and his siblings, Ruth Ann, Cheryl and Curt. He is also survived by four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
