He is survived by: his wife Emilia Nuño Pablo; his children, Luis Enrique Gutiérrez Esparza (Sandra), Jessica Gutiérrez, Melanie Gutiérrez, Esmeralda Gutiérrez and Roman Gutiérrez; and his siblings, Salvador Gutiérrez (Ana Gutiérrez), Daniel Gutiérrez (Maria), Luz Maria Gutiérrez (Antonio Andrade) of Jesus Gutiérrez and Hector Gutiérrez (Martha Hernandez).
