We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 76, Joleen Meester (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Sibley, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kaiser and Anna Joyce Kaiser (Kruger); her husband Frank "Dutch" Meester, Jr.; her brothers, Gene Kaiser and Byron Kaiser, Sr.; and her niece Anna Kaiser.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Jasper (Jason Irving); her grandchildren, Britny Steenhoven (Justin) of Ellsworth, MN, Brandon Norton of Ellsworth, MN and Alexis Russell (Verell) of Des Moines, IA; her great grandchildren, Joanna, Syrus and Francine; her sister Joan Steenblock of Marshalltown, IA; and her close friend Delores Allred. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
