He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cook of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Alex (Heather) of Sioux Falls, Chris (Shantell) of Sioux Falls, Anthony Cook of Sioux Falls and Elizabeth Lefthand (Jalen) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Kaden Alexandar Johnson and Cody Emanuel Cook; and his siblings, Oscar Taylor of Fort Thompson, SD, Arliss Chinn of Sioux Falls, SD, Sharon Chinn of Sioux Falls, SD, Ricky Chinn of Lake Andes, SD and Ronnie Chinn of McLaughlin, SD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
