He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Billion and Evelyn M. Billion (Heinz); his brother Daniel; his son-in-law Shane Sejnoha; his grandson Joseph Viereck; his great grandchild Jaxon Viereck; and his nephew Paul Billion.
He is survived by: his wife Deb (Wagner); his children, Matthew (Trudy), Suzy Schrier (Jerry), John (Katy), Jim (Xiomara), Jane Sejnoha, Tim (Kelsey) and Allyson Messerschmidt (Drew); and his siblings, Carolyn Healy (Pat), Janet Scheurer (Dick), David H. (Christine), Joseph (Diane), Bessie Harris (Pat) and Stephen (Catherine). He is also survived by seven children, nineteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Dakota Wesleyan University, LifeScape of Sioux Falls, or Spirit of Peace UCC church.
