He is survived by: his great-uncle Joe; his sons, Jim (Kriss) of Indianola, IA, Joe (Lisa) of Hartford, SD and Tom; his sister Joann; his grandchildren, Travis Hellvig (Erika), Alyssa Iverson (Dan) and Jacob Hellvig; his great grandchildren, Ellen, Carter, Nora and Makenzie; and his daughters-in-law, Lisa, Kriss and Sara.
