He is survived by: his sister Irene Middlen (Russ) of Hartford, SD; his nieces, Linda Hohenhaus (Andy) of Apple Valley, MN and Julie Mohr (Warren) of Hartford, SD; his nephew David Webb of Wake Forest, NC; his great-niece Callista Hohenhaus; his great-nephews, John Mohr (Jennifer), Michael Mohr (Rhegan) and Drew Hohenhaus; and also, Jaxton and Jace Mohr.
