He was predeceased by: his parents, Arie Burggraaff and Elizabeth "Betty" Burggraaff (Int' Veld). He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Barbara Burggraaff of Flagstaff and Deborah Burggraaff of New Albany, Ohio; his brother Edward (Ramona Burggraaff) of Chicago, Illinois; his niece Elizabeth (Jonathan Fuld) of Chicago; and his great-nephew Jack Fuld. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
