He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mileham and Roxie Mileham (Cormack); his wife Mary Jane; and his granddaughter Hillary. He is survived by: his children, Craig Cormack (Linda), Cathy Dupic (Craig Parkhurst) and Carol Heiberger (Paul). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
