It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Davis of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Kadoka, South Dakota, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Keever and Gwen Keever (Loveless); her husband Donald J. Davis; her brother Joseph Keever; and her siblings-in-law, Lila Lindsey, Donna Runestad, Gary Lindsey, Myron Runestad and Chris Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Joni Davis of Sioux Falls, SD, Jay Davis (Kathy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Judy Davis; her grandchildren, Daniel Davis of Sioux Falls, SD, Angela Harms (Marcus) of Newell, SD, Bryan Davis of Sioux Falls, SD and Matthew Davis (Danielle) of Vermillion, SD; her great grandchildren, Liam, Bruno, Lucia, Gemma, Rocky, Guy, Nevaeh, Faith, Zeke, Rhyly and Gabriel; and her sister Belva Anderson of Spearfish, SD. She is also survived by four nieces and three nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. John American Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls or First Lutheran Church in Mitchell.
