It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Rychtarik (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Connolly and Elaine Connolly (Woodley); her parents-in-law, Edmund and Della Rychtarik (Terwilliger); her sister June Ann Connolly; her son Jordon Rychtarik; and her niece Teresa Berg.
She is survived by: her sibling Jarid; her husband John Rychtarik; her children, Jana Maxwell (Kevin) of Harrisburg, SD and Jarid Rychtarik (Aleksandra) of Brookings, SD; her grandsons, Adam and Isaac Maxwell; her sister Pat Berg (Tom) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Parlin (Don) of Bluffton, SC and Robert Rychtarik (Paula) of Buffalo, NY.
Masks are required and social distancing will be in effect during the gatherings.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Rychtarik Family to be allocated to various causes and organizations important to Joan.
