It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Horstman (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Kappenman and Edna Kappenman (Hook); and her husband William "Bill" August Horstman. She is survived by: her siblings, Mark Kappenman, Patrick Kappenman, Jerry Kappenman, Lawrence Kappenman and Sally Bertelsen (Kappenman). She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
