With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Elaine Russell of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Tyndall, South Dakota, who passed away on September 6, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale O. Russell and Arleen V. Russell (Handel). She is survived by: her children, Jeff Russell (Sarah), Patrick Wilka (Jade Christensen) and Claire Wilka (Ryan McFall); her grandchildren, Ayden, Fey of Dez, EJ, Jalen, Kennedy and Declan; and her siblings, John Russell (Susan), Susan Sedlacek (George) and Kay MacClure. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
