With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse J Hofer (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Hitchcock, South Dakota, who passed away on October 27, 2018 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jesse J Hofer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hofer and Amelia "Molly" Hofer (Schartner); his wife Vivian; and his sister Molly. He is survived by: his children, David Hofer (Kay), Allen Hofer (Tammi), Linda Heirigs (Patrick), Melody Buchmann (Darrold), Christine Saenz (Ken), Sandra Wockenfuss (Jared) and Michael Hofer (Beth); and his stepsons, Steven Wineinger (Wendy), Sioux and Ronald Wineinger (Dianna). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
