We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2021, at the age of 84, Jesse Ellsworth Smith formerly of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Aberdeen, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Smith (Ruble); his son Jesse Ellsworth Smith Jr.; his father Dr. Jesse G. Smith; and his brother Garth Smith. He is survived by: his close friend Estella Vasquez Smith of Sioux Falls, SD; his daughters, Veronica Palmer of Pembroke Pines, FL, Jennifer Palmer and Nejla Smith (Luis Reynoza) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Edell Gabriel of Los Angeles, CA, Dezirae, LaShae, Monique Palmer of Pembroke Pines, FL, Dayton, Elyse Smith of Minneapolis, MN, Robinson, Eleni and Evia Reynoza of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sister Kathy Thompson of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
