He is survived by: his spouse Dixie Costello; his daughter Wendy; his spouse Gretchen Simmons; his children, Brenda Lewison and Thomas Lewison; his sisters, Joanne Dunham of McKinney, TX and Jane Painter; his daughter Leslie Kinsey of Ft; his stepchildren, Brenda Lewison and Thomas Lewison of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Brandon, Amanda, Amy, Nicole and Natalie; and his stepgrandchildren, Daniel Bounds and Callie Bounds.
