He was predeceased by: his father Garold Sprouse; and his stepfather Barney Barnes. He is survived by: his mother Grace Sprouse; and his siblings, Ed Sprouse (Jackie), Dale Sprouse (Sandy), Julie Mork (David) and Patty VanDyke (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
