He is survived by: his wife Linda Lorraine Wagaman; his children, Travis Caviezel (Jessica Jonnes-Caviezel), Carrie Caviezel-Kimball (Eric Kimball) and Brian Caviezel; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler Kimball, Matthew and Kahlan Caviezel.
