We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2020, at the age of 92, Jean L. Wagner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Cherokee, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stowell and Myrtle Stowell (Jewell); her husbands, Eldon Woltman and Russell Wagner; her son James Woltman; and her close friend Nike.
She is survived by: her former husband Russ Wagner; her daughter Candice Boub (Tom); her stepsons, Tim Wagner (Linda), Brad Wagner (Laura) and Neal Wagner; and her grandchildren, Brian Boub, Michael Boub, Jackie Mickevich, Kelly Horrocks, Stacey Hartman and Phillip Wagner.
