He was predeceased by: his parents, James Buie (Jim) and Judy Buie; his mother-in-law Roseanna Zounar; his aunts, Bev Peterson and Connie Houck; and his uncle Jerry Peterson.
He is survived by: his former wife Jennifer Bunger; his children, Kaylee Buie (Darrion) and Talon Buie (Shelby); his stepdaughter Lynn Van Sloten; his granddaughter Ella Van Sloten; his sister Jamie Valentien (Mark); his aunt Janice Weeg (Doug); his uncle Chester Buie (Marla); and his great-niece Claire Rasmussen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
