She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Hummel and Merna Hummel (Pickrel); her husband Jerry Nicolay; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine and Sandy Hummel.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pam Murren (Garry) of Norfolk, NE, Jim Hummel (Mary) of Sioux Falls, SD, Dorita Schuldt (Bobby) of Renner, SD and Tim Hummel of Wentworth, SD.
