She is survived by: her mother Anna Jean Nelson (Hammer); her husband Andrew Sokolowski; her son Adam Sokolowski (Jeanine); her siblings, Jane Nelson, Diann Nelson, Jerry Nelson (Julie), Kevin Nelson (Deb), Les Nelson (Roxie), LaDonna Hieb (Jeff) and Kathy Mielke (Barry); and her grandchildren, Ayden, Ashlyn, Ana and Andy Sokolowski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
