She is survived by: her husband ElRoy Steinwand; her sister Helen Berg; her children, Dan Steinwand (Virjean) and Sarah Ailts (Steve); her daughter-in-law Carolyn Kramer (Jonathan); her sister Charlotte Peterson of Medford, OR; her grandchildren, Benjamin Steinwand (Allison), Rebekkah Mouw (Justin), Dylan Steinwand, Gabriel Steinwand, Anna Kramer Steinwand (Garrett), Isaak Ailts, Ian Ailts and Elliana Ailts; and her great grandchildren, Jaxyn, Blake, Phinean, Archer and Rhodes.
Memorials may be given to Peace Lutheran or the ELCA World Hunger or Refugee programs.
