It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wayne Heaton of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Heaton (Jack) and Cleone Heaton (Balk); and his grandparents, Matthew, Gladys Balk, Iner and Zelda Kjendalen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Griffith of Sioux Falls, Kristi Hancock of Sioux Falls, David Heaton of Brandon, SD and Mike Heaton; and his son Scott Matthew (Lorie Heaton) of Maryland.
