It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Grindberg of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Grindberg and Elizabeth Grindberg (Lutes); and his son-in-law Arden Sustad. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Linke; his children, William Grindberg (Peggy) and Carrie Sustad; and his siblings, George Grindberg (Carol) and Frances Yokom. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
