It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W Bruns of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Bruns and Irene Bruns (Sullivan); his wife Eloa A. Elster; his sister Sally Bruns; his niece Kathy TeSlaa (Bruns); and his nephew William M. Bruns.
He is survived by: his children, James L. Bruns (Michelle) and Jennifer Skyberg; his siblings, William R. Bruns (Carolyn) and Mary Brzica (Mike); his grandchildren, Johnny Skyberg, James J. Bruns and Amara Bruns; his aunt Marion Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Marlene Gustafson (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and his many many friends.
Due to Covid, we are planning an outdoor funeral.
