He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Phillips and Tracy Pulera (Joe); his grandchildren, Greg (Ashley), Tori, Tim, Samuel and Ashley F.; his great grandchild Logynn; his siblings, Sherry Balkcom and Tyy Phillips (Christine); and his son Adam Klaasen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend.
