He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Madsen and Ellen Madsen. He is survived by: his spouse Charlene; his daughter Laura (Hal); his grandchildren, Danielle, Rachael, Rhiannon, Noah, Elyse and Carter; his significant other Terri; and his siblings, Thomas (Joan), Lynelle (Joel) and Andrea (Jon).
