He is survived by: his wife Carol Entenman (Beutz); his daughters, Audra Kalmbach (Frank) of Louisville, KY and Tonya Entenman of Sioux Falls, SD; his daughter-in-law Kelly Pieper; and his grandchildren, Eva, Griffin, Sierra, Carson and Zachary.
