He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Stout and Letha Stout (Ewen); and his siblings, Isabel Riedel (Duane) of Aberdeen, SD, Bill Stout (Gloria) and Bob Stout (Charlene).
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Smith of Aberdeen, SD; his stepchildren, Nancy Kiesow (Matt) of Brandon, SD and Jenni Taylor (Tony) of Boise, ID.; his grandchildren, Riley Kiesow of Sioux Falls, SD, Delaney Kiesow of Brandon, SD and Tucker Stout of Portland, OR.; and his sister Janet (Fred). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
