With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Clinton Herring Jr. of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on February 25, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herring and Dorothy Herring; his wife Janice Joy Buker; and his siblings, Maggie and Bob.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi Twedt (Randy) of Brandon, Jill Jennings (Dan) of Sioux Falls and Jan Herring (Anna Lazo) of Des Moines, Washington; his grandsons, Joel Twedt (Holly) of Brandon, Alex Twedt (BreAnna) of Brandon and Noah Jennings (Maggie) of Sioux Falls; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Brandon Valley Volunteer Fire Department.
