It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Allan Potratz of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilfred Potratz and Lorene Potratz; his wife Darla Potratz; his children, Cassi Potratz (John Barber), Ryan McPadden (Sondra), Meleah Krass of Phoenix, AZ, Mitchell Zinnel Tempe (Carley Emery) and Paige Zinnel of Parker, SD.; his grandchildren, Zion, Evan, Miles, Maggie, Allie, Kyle, Jaylea, Colton, Axel and Hadley; his siblings, Wendel Potratz (Susy), Sue Hermanns Long Beach (Steve) and Dave Potratz Sioux Falls (Suzanne); and his stepmother Ilene. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
