She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Arends and Eileen Arends (Farley); and her sisters, Patricia and Bonnie. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Wells; her grandchildren, Dylan and Brianna Wells; and her siblings, Elizabeth Otten (John) of Hawarden, IA, Marlene Backer (Jack) and Wesley Arends (Shirley) of Black Hawk, CO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
