She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Reibel and Helen Reibel (Fries); and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Tough, Laurie Wagner (Forestt) and Mark Tough (Deb); her grandchildren, Devin, Patrick and Hailey; and her great grandchild William.
