We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, at the age of 101, Irvin D. Wierenga of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Monroe, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wierenga and Tilla Wierenga (Klinger); his wife Marcella Wierenga; his son Wayne Wierenga (Linda); and his granddaughter Casey.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Schultz (Lawrence) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, LaIllya Schultz (Julie) of Sioux Falls, LaLaith Schultz (Tammy) of Owatonna, MN and Jason Wierenga (Tammy) of Sioux Falls; and his great grandchildren, Cole Schultz, Austin Schultz (Crosley), Blake Schultz, Marandes Schultz, Kaela Wierenga, Peytn Wierenga and Jaxon Crandall. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
