She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Taylor, Jr. and Mary Rainey Taylor. She is survived by: her niece Ulonda Schoolmeester; her children, Cordell Jackson, Glenn Jackson and Cal Keshia McClendon; her daughter-in-law Tanya Jackson; her siblings, Don Lee Taylor, Alfred Taylor, Susie Taylor, Ernestine Mcclendon, Gloria Bonwell, Billy Taylor and Jimmy Taylor; and her son Elbert James Jackson. She is also survived by grandchildren and a great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
