She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mathison and Ida Mathison (Egge); her husband Eugene; her brothers, Leonard, David, Sophus and Richard Mathison; her half-brother Daniel Mathison; and her sisters-in-law, Addie and Polly Mathison.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Beyer (Kirk), Linda Andersen (John) of DeSoto, IA and Michele Burkholder (Bret) of Grand Forks, ND; her grandchildren, Joel Beyer (Ingrid), Jeff Beyer, Lindsey Beyer, Max Beyer (Sophia Ogren-Dehn), Tim Andersen (Lisa), Debby Andersen, Tom Andersen (Holley), Chrystalline Andersen, Alex, Brady, Collin Rasmussen, Jessica Miskavige (Tom) and Beau Burkholder (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Ezekiel, Ethan, Sarah, Cameron, Corinne, Keenan, Jed (Hanna), Piper, Edith, Liliona, Alaric, Dominic, Miles, Norah and Genevieve; her brother Rev. Luther Mathison of Maddock, ND; and her sister-in-law Joan Mathison of Moorhead, MN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
