Iona Hazel Vanderlinde Flaskey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iona Hazel Vanderlinde Flaskey of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on June 22, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Ingalls and Nina Ingalls (Hall); her husbands, Carl Vanderlinde and Elmer Flaskey; her son-in-law Terry Haack; her grandson Michael Haack; and her siblings, Verna Larson, Margaret Dawes, Rowland Ingalls, Violet Flaskey, Darrel Ingalls and George Ingalls.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Vanderlinde (Barb) of Brandon, SD, Roger Vanderlinde (Deb) of Westmoreland, KS and Kathleen Haack of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Todd Vanderlinde (Tanya), Kari Harris (David Phillips), Darci Clarey (Nick), Christopher Vanderlinde (Celena), Jaime Gerdes (Ben Hicks) and Stephanie Vanderlinde (Austin Umscheid); her granddaughter-in-law Anne Holland-Haack; her great grandchildren, Lydia VanderBush (Logan), Thomas, Laurelyn Vanderlinde, Tyanne Vanderlinde (Dustin Shaul), Derick Vanderlinde (Brookelynn Barclay), Javon Harris, Chase, Cameron, Adrienne Peterson, Aiden, Kimberlynn, Karalynn Clarey, Halie, Jaxon, Konner Vanderlinde and Carter Leach; her great great grandchildren, Avalina, Elijah Shaul and Maverick VanderBush; her siblings, Lavonne Uthe of Chester, SD and Harold Ingalls (Ona) of Lake Andes, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Ingalls of Sioux Falls and Linda Dvorak of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
