He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann; his children, Ruth Mendyk (Stephen), Beth Monson, Wayne (Michelle) and Michael (Veronica); his grandchildren, Katherine, Caroline, Paul, Adam, Andrew and Jonah; and his children, Anders, Berit and Henrik.
