He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer M. Daniel and Tressie "Marie" Daniel-Ament; and his siblings, William R. Daniel, Raymond E. King, Betty Lou Daniel, Eileen Emmett, Dolly Daniel, Lillian Bonrud, Dee Loen and Doris Ament-Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Marie L. Daniel; his children, Greg Daniel (Shaun) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jeff Daniel (LeeAnn Russell) of Sioux Falls, SD and Virginia "Ginger" Kapsch (Bruce Loewenberg) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Stuart Daniel, Taylor Kapsch, Erin Kapsch, Elizabeth Daniel and Billy Daniel; and his sisters, Beverly Ellsworth of Brandon, SD and Gayle Lunski (Raymond). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
