In loving memory of Henry P Hannemann of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who departed this world on April 3, 2025 at the age of 94. Henry leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hannemann and Viola Hannemann (Radamacher); his wife Lilas Tschetter; his brother James Hannemann; and his son-in-law Melvin Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Thum-Thomas (Hannemann), Keith Hannemann (Peggy) and Scott Hannemann (Jane); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Thum (Melissa), Daniel Thum (Mary), Joseph Thum (Lauren), Amber Steiner (Hannemann), Thomas Hannemann (Kayla), Luke Hannemann (Megan), Alex Hannemann (Allie Harvey) and William Hannemann. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren: eight great grandsons, two great-grand daughters, and a ninth great-grandson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home (4800 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57108). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
