It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Patch of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Blecha and Rose Blecha (Kasal); her former husband Lamar Bohn; her children, Deb Paden (Stephen) of Tucson, AZ and Susanne Carlson of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Kelly Dubisar, Benjamin Dubisar, Stephanie Paden, Aggie Borman, Shiloh Carlson, Solomon Carlson, Sarah Kalagias and Ruth Carlson; and her husband Larry Patch. She was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren.
