He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Simkins of Wichita, KS and Todd Simkins (Rosa); his grandchildren, Kali Simkins, Kelton Simkins, Joseph Simkins and Daniel Simkins; and his brothers, Merlyn Simkins (Elaine) and Daryl Simkins. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
