He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Joe Waters of Ames, IA, David Waters (Danielle) of Chicago, IL and Sam Waters of Philadelphia, PA; his wife Kathy Waters of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings, Mary Goudy (Richard) of Mitchell, SD, Maxine Taylor of Mitchell, SD and Russ Waters (Fran) of Plymouth, MN.
